Report an environmental event

The reporting system is not suitable for contacting emergency services in situations where there is an immediate threat to life, health, or property. If you are unable to submit a report online, you may contact the pollution hotline on 0800 807060 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday to speak to a live operator.

Outside these hours, calls will be handled by an automated system which will triage your report and escalate urgent issues, as necessary.

Please note that this mailbox is not monitored 24/7.
